How much laundry fits in each plan?
Each plan has a defined limit. We check your order when we receive it. If there is any excess, we’ll notify you before proceeding. Laundry is not processed until the service (and any excess) is fully paid.
Can I separate whites, colors or black clothes?
Color separation requires booking an additional service. If you want whites separated from colors, you must book one service for whites and another for colors. A black-only wash is also considered an additional service. Otherwise, all items are washed together.
How does Bulk Wash work?
Bulk Wash is processed as a single combined load. Items from different people cannot be separated, and no color separation is available. Everything is washed together to keep the price lower and the process faster.
What happens if there is extra weight?
We check weight upon receiving your laundry. If there is any excess, we’ll contact you before proceeding with the service. Laundry is not processed until the additional amount is approved and paid.
Is my laundry protected?
We use careful handling and basic tracking for every order. Our service includes standard incident coverage, according to our service terms. If anything looks unusual at pickup or delivery, please notify us immediately.
